Carmen Alvidres-Frank is an instructional specialist for the visually impaired at San Luis Obispo County Office of Education. Carmen is also an Elite Orange Status Presenter at Beyouniquebycarmen. Prior to their current roles, Carmen served as a Special Education Assistant at Lucia Mar Unified School District. Carmen holds a BA in Special Education Mild to Moderate from Western Governors University and an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bakersfield College.
