Stephanie Barclay

Stephanie Barclay currently serves as the Executive Director of the San Luis Obispo Legal Assistance Foundation, overseeing a staff of 13 and managing a budget of nearly $2 million while focusing on grant writing, reporting, fundraising, and strategic planning. With extensive experience in the legal field, Barclay has held key positions at various organizations, including serving as a Partner at Carmel & Naccasha LLP and holding multiple roles at San Luis Obispo Legal Assistance Foundation, where the mission involved providing free legal aid services to low-income residents. Barclay's legal experience also includes positions as Directing Attorney for the Senior Legal Services Project and as an attorney in several law firms, demonstrating a strong background in elder law, probate and estate planning, and government benefits. Barclay holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
