Abbey Mellado is an experienced music educator specializing in voice, piano, and percussion instruction across various educational settings. Currently a Music Teacher at Spark Music & Arts Inc. and a Percussion Instructor for the San Marcos Unified School District, Abbey has extensive experience teaching students from elementary to middle school levels, focusing on music literacy, performance skills, and theory. Previous roles include teaching at Carlsbad Unified School District and Beaumont Music Centre, as well as serving as Studio Manager and Audio Engineer at the University of Redlands. Abbey holds a Bachelor's of Music in Music Performance with a focus on percussion from the University of Redlands and has participated in various musical performances and tutoring roles, enhancing educational experiences for students of all ages.
