Nick Recchia

Nick Recchia is the Director of Enterprise Applications at the San Mateo County Community College District, with a career spanning from May 2025 to the present. Prior experience includes over 18 years at the University of San Francisco in various leadership roles, such as Director of Data & Integrations and Information Security Officer, where responsibilities included managing multiple institutional projects, overseeing project development, and supporting the Information Security Program. Earlier in the career, Nick served as a Middle School Teacher and Technology Coordinator at SF Educator, where teaching Math and Science for grades 6-8 was coupled with training junior high tech aides. Nick holds a Doctorate of Education in Organization and Leadership, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees from the University of San Francisco in Teaching and Psychology, respectively.
