Robert Daleiden

Robert Daleiden has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Robert is currently employed as an IT Support Technician II at the San Mateo County Community College District since April 2021.

Prior to this, Robert worked as a Producer, Photographer, and Editor at Robert Daleiden Productions in 1994, where they produced a documentary and DVD for the Los Altos Golf & Country Club course renovation, as well as testimonial interview videos for the lasik2020 website.

From 2017 to 2020, Robert served as a Video Engineer at TKO Works, where they provided on-site Zoom system and telecom support, managed various audiovisual systems, and validated the integration of over 500 Zoom Rooms at the Gilead Sciences campus.

Before that, Robert worked as a Stagehand at IATSE Local 16 from 2015 to 2020 and as a Media Technician at the Judicial Council of California from 2015 to 2018.

Robert also has experience as an AV Production Manager at PINNCONGROUP INC from 2010 to 2016, overseeing audiovisual productions. Robert served as a Regional Project Manager HTS at American Audio Visual Center from 2012 to 2015, managing corporate audiovisual productions in various locations.

Additionally, Robert worked as a Regional Sales Manager at AVMS from 2008 to 2011 and as a Manager at AVMS from 2002 to 2007, overseeing in-house audiovisual operations and coordinating with hotels.

Finally, Robert worked as an Account Executive at Matrix Visual Solutions from 2001 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Robert Daleiden has gained expertise in IT support, video production, audiovisual systems management, stagehand work, and media technology.

Robert Daleiden earned a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University, which they attended from 1992 to 1995. Robert also obtained additional certifications in various audiovisual technologies and equipment, such as AV Framework, AirMedia 2.0, Appspace with Crestron products, IntelliMix P300, Dante Level 1, Introduction to Crestron Systems, Audio Basics for Meetings and Conferences, Microflex Complete Wireless Technical Enablement Training, Networking Basics for Audio Professionals, and Wired Microphones 101. These certifications were obtained from institutions like Crestron Electronics, Shure Incorporated, and the AVIXA Certification Committee, with the most recent certification obtained in May 2021.
