Bijan Albuyeh

Bijan Albuyeh is a Programmer Analyst at the San Mateo County Office of Education since April 2020, specializing in creating and maintaining software programs and conducting system analysis to meet technological needs. Previously, Bijan served as a Senior Information Technology Analyst, automating tasks related to student and school data, achieving significant efficiency gains. As the founder of SweepsDB, Bijan developed a website that aggregates Twitter giveaways using a self-created Python script. Earlier experience includes serving as a Tool Developer at OpenText, where responsibilities included streamlining compliance processes, and as a Software Developer Intern at OATI, focusing on geospatial UI development for Smart Grid projects. Bijan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 2009 to 2014.
