Theresa Vallez-Kelly

Theresa Vallez-Kelly is an experienced educational coordinator with a strong background in leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Safe Routes to School and Tobacco Use Prevention Education at the San Mateo County Office of Education since December 2015, Theresa previously held the position of Director of Student Leadership and Activities at Notre Dame High School in Belmont for twenty years. Additional roles include Program Director at the Youth Leadership Institute and Program Coordinator at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County. Theresa began her career as a teacher in the Little Lake City School District. With advanced degrees including a Master of Public Health from San José State University and a Master of Organization & Leadership from the University of San Francisco, Theresa also holds multiple administrative credentials in Educational Leadership.
