Allan Fung

Allan Fung has extensive experience in project management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at SamTrans since 2000, Allan Fung has developed PS&E documents for various Caltrain facilities, focusing on station redesigns and grade crossing improvements. Prior to this role, Allan Fung held the position of Supervisory Environmental Engineer and Branch Manager at the Western Division of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command from 1982 to 2000, overseeing CERCLA/RCRA environmental cleanups valued over one billion dollars and managing multiple planning sections in the Planning Division. Allan Fung holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 1972 and 1974.
