Kevin Kelley

Kevin Kelley has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as a Contract Officer at San Mateo County Transit District since November 2017. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Procurement Contract Specialist for the County of Santa Clara from February 2017 to October 2017 and as a Buyer III at VTA from December 2011 to February 2017. Kevin's educational background includes studies at Sierra College from 2003 to 2005 and De Anza College from 1991 to 1994.
