Rebecca Arthur Mdiv

Rebecca Arthur, MDiv, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant analysis and comedy performance. Since October 2006, Rebecca has served as a Senior Grants Analyst at SamTrans, bringing valuable expertise to the organization. Additionally, Rebecca has built a career as a standup comic, adopting the stage persona of Emperor since January 2000 and performing in various comedy shows from 2000 to 2009. Before these roles, Rebecca worked for McDonald Transit Associates, Inc. from 1976 to 2000 as a Budget and Systems Administrator. Academic qualifications include a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Radio-TV-Film, both earned from Texas Christian University.
