Zhenlin Guan

Zhenlin Guan has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Zhenlin started their career as an Engineer at Y&C Transportation Consultant Inc. in July 2007 and worked there until May 2008. After that, they joined the San Mateo County Transit District in August 2008 and held the position of Project Manager until 2018. Zhenlin then became the Deputy Director of Project Delivery, a position they currently hold.

Zhenlin Guan completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis from 2002 to 2007. Zhenlin is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they are expected to complete in 2023, also from the University of California, Davis.
