David Chang is an accomplished physician and educator currently serving as Section Chief and Medical Director at the Stanford University School of Medicine's Division of Primary Care and Population Health Community Partnership Program since June 2019. With extensive experience managing relationships among Stanford physicians in underserved community clinics, David also mentors medical students in community health and teaches population health courses. In addition to roles at Stanford, David leads primary care services for unstably housed patients at Peninsula Healthcare Connection and provides clinical leadership at Crossover Health. David has held key positions such as Assistant Health Officer at San Mateo Medical Center and Interim Chief Medical Officer at St. Anthony's Foundation. With degrees from Duke University, Tufts University School of Medicine, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, David holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management, enhancing a diverse and impactful career in medicine and public health.
