Christina Wudijono, MBA, RDN, SNS has a diverse work experience. In 2010, they worked as a Nutrition Counselor at Virginia Tech Nutrition Department. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Dietetic Intern at various institutions including Chicago Public Schools, Glenview Public School District #34, Resurrection Hospital, and Beacon Hill. In 2011, they also worked as a Front of House Restaurant Manager at Japonais. In 2014, they joined Modesto City Schools as an Assistant Director of Nutrition Services and continued in that role until 2023. Currently, Christina is the Executive Coordinator to the Associate Superintendent Chief Business Officer at San Mateo Union High School District since April 2023.
Christina Wudijono, MBA, RDN, SNS, pursued their education in a sequential manner. Christina began their academic journey at Virginia Tech, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from 2007 to 2011. Afterward, they joined Dominican University from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Dominican University, they engaged in a Coordinated Program in Dietetics alongside their MBA studies.
In addition to their formal education, Christina Wudijono has also obtained various certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. Christina became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in August 2013 through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Christina also earned the School Nutrition Specialist (SNS) certification from the School Nutrition Association in October 2017. Furthermore, they acquired the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in October 2010. In January 2021, Christina Wudijono completed the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification awarded by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
