Eldridge Isiderio has over 25 years of experience in product development and technical services within the food industry. Currently serving as the PD Manager for the Grocery Products category at San Miguel Corporation since September 2007, Eldridge leads a team in new product development and optimization within the Ready-to-Eat Meals and Refrigerated Processed Meats segments. Previous roles include PD Specialist, where technical support was provided for off-shore processed meat businesses, and Technical Services Head for San Miguel Pure Foods Co. in Vietnam. Eldridge began a career at CDO Foodsphere, Inc. focusing on the development of various meat products and started as a Document Analyst at SAZTECH Philippines, Inc. Eldridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on microbiology from Central Luzon State University.
