Louis Mestaz

Louis Mestaz has extensive experience in restaurant and brewery management, currently serving as both Human Resources Manager and General Manager at San Pedro Fish Market and Restaurant since August 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company from June 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations and management team supervision. Louis also held management positions at various establishments, including Assistant General Manager at both Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant and Brewery Vivant, and General Manager at Graydon's Crossing. A strong foundation in business is supported by an Associate of Arts degree from Grace Christian University and early education at Brethren Christian High School.
