James R. Fernandez is an experienced educator and business professional with a diverse background spanning teaching, administration, and sales in both educational and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Resident Teacher at San Rafael City Schools, James previously worked as an At-Risk English Teacher at National Heritage Academies and a Substitute Teacher with Swing Education. Prior to pursuing education, James held significant roles at Complete Solaria and Complete Solar, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial sales strategies, managing customer resolutions, and driving project retention. James holds a Master of Education from Alder Graduate School of Education and an MBA from California State University - East Bay, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California.
