Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey Chen has a diverse professional background spanning over two decades, currently serving as an Accounting Technician Senior and Payroll and Benefits Technician at San Rafael City Schools since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Operations Supervisor and Shipper at Burberry from November 2006 to August 2019, and several positions at the Foreign Investment and Trade Bureau in Doumen, where Jeffrey worked as an Approval Clerk from April 1997 to April 2006, and as Secretary of General at the Association of Foreign Investment Enterprise of Doumen District from February 2001 to April 2005. Jeffrey's early experience includes office roles at the Recreation and Parks Department and the US Court of Appeals in San Francisco as part of a special summer program. Educationally, Jeffrey holds an AA Degree in Art from City College of San Francisco (1993-1996) and graduated from Galileo High School in 1993, after attending Benjamin Franklin Middle School.
