Julie Harris

Julie Harris has over two decades of experience in educational leadership, currently serving as a Principal Coach for San Rafael City Schools and the Sonoma County Office of Education since August 2001. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Principal at San Rafael City Schools starting in August 1995. Julie holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Julie is committed to designing effective school systems that enhance rigor and support all learners.
