Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Facility Planning at San Rafael City Schools, managing staff, consultants, and contractors for the modernization and expansion of District facilities. Previous roles include Facilities and Bond Coordinator for Burlingame School District, where $115 million in General Obligation Bonds were managed to enhance K-8 school infrastructure. Tim also has experience as a self-employed artist and has held various positions in facility management, including Director of Facilities for Burlingame School District and Director of Maintenance and Operations for Mill Valley School District. Early career roles include office management in architectural and design firms, as well as operations management in insurance and legal services. Education includes studies in Computer Operations at the USMC Computer Science School and a high school diploma from Dubuque Senior High School.
