Leslie O'Toole has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Police Officer and Sexual Assault Detective with the San Rafael Police Department since January 2006. Prior roles include Recruit Training Officer at the Santa Rosa Public Safety Training Center from July 2007 to September 2009, and various positions including Police Officer and Police Dispatcher at the Fairfax Police Department from April 1999 to January 2006. Additionally, Leslie worked as a Police Dispatcher and Parking Enforcement Officer with the San Anselmo Police Department from January 1996 to April 2002. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Sonoma State University and two Associate degrees in Criminal Justice/Police Science and Liberal Arts from the College of Marin. Leslie completed high school at Redwood High School in 1994.
