Charles Senger

Charles Senger has extensive experience in the real estate sector, working as a real estate consultant and agent since 2009, focusing on client referrals, real estate partnerships, evaluations, and transactions involving hotels, inns, and small parcels of land. In addition to their real estate career, Charles is a co-owner of San Remo Hotel, a position held since 1998, where Charles serves as the vice president of the Versare Hotel Network after two terms on the board. Charles also began a career in vehicle technical delivery at Croma Veículos in 1994, transitioning to sales within six months before leaving to pursue higher education. Charles holds a degree in Real Estate Management from ULBRA, completed between 2007 and 2009.
