Carmen Heras

Carmen Heras is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at San Ysidro Ranch since May 2023. In addition to this role, Carmen has contributed to The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara since December 2019 as a Human Resources Employment Specialist, and has held the position of HR Generalist there since June 2017. Previously, Carmen worked as a Human Resources Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from March 2021 to July 2023. Initial experience includes working as an HR Assistant at Volt Workforce Solutions and administrative roles in customer service and property management. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Criminology from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology from Santa Barbara City College.
