Elizabeth Diaz

Elizabeth Diaz is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in hospitality finance. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at San Ysidro Ranch since February 2019, Elizabeth previously held positions including Staff Accountant at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara and Accounts Payable at Bacara Resort & Spa. Early career roles at Denny's encompassed management duties, and Elizabeth also gained foundational experience in customer service and cash handling through various positions within the restaurant industry. A graduate of the University of the Pacific, Elizabeth holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and International Business.
