Morgan Mayo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their recent role at Sana, Morgan served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, offering strong customer service skills to both direct and broker groups. They worked cross-functionally to improve processes and also took the lead in ERG leads and Women at Work ERG. Morgan also has experience in the education sector, having served as a Behavior Specialist at Splendora ISD and Cleveland ISD. In these roles, they implemented curricula, identified nonconformities, and created nurturing environments for children through intentional teaching and play.

Additionally, Morgan has worked as a Marketing Administrative Assistant for the City of Cleveland, where they managed website and social media marketing, organized profitable events, and designed marketing campaigns and brochures.

Throughout their varied work experience, Morgan has consistently demonstrated strong customer service skills, cross-functional collaboration, marketing expertise, and a commitment to creating positive environments for clients and students.

Morgan Mayo attended Lonestar College from an unknown start date until 2004, where they studied Business. In May 2018, Morgan obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from Kaplan.
