Paul Dreyer

Paul Dreyer has a diverse work experience, including a current role as the VP of Finance at Sana since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Business Operations at Sana from 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Sana, Paul worked as a Management Buyout Partner and General Manager at JD Rivet & Co. from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for designing, negotiating, and executing multi-company buyout and partnership agreements. Paul also managed and delivered profitable multi-million dollar projects and led teams of 40+ employees. Paul's previous experience includes working as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2014 and as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Loma Vista Medical, Acquired by C.R. Bard, from 2009 to 2013. Paul co-invented a core flexible composite technology and launched multiple medical products based on that technology. Paul began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Hiemstra Product Development from 2007 to 2009, where they performed mechanical design, development, and project management for various medical device clients.

Paul Dreyer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School.
