Tricia Stewart

Tricia Stewart is an accomplished HR executive with significant leadership experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as EVP and Chief People Officer at Sana Biotechnology, Inc., Tricia has previously held the role of SVP and Chief People Officer at FibroGen, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the US and China HR teams, enhancing employee experience, and implementing a comprehensive people strategy. Prior experience includes leading the People & Culture function for Genentech's US Commercial Operations and holding various senior HR roles at Roche, contributing to global HR strategy, product development, and international mobility. Tricia holds a BA in Economics/International Business from Fairfield University and a BA in International Business from Regent's College, London UK.
