The leaders of Sana Biotechnology, Inc. have a wealth of experience in academia and research. They have taught at the junior level at Goucher College, been Damon Runyon Cancer Foundation Postdoctoral Research Fellows at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and NSF Graduate Research Opportunities Worldwide Fellows at Uppsala University. They have also been PhD students at UC Berkeley. This experience has given them a deep understanding of the scientific process and a commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
