Katya Korzun

Katya Korzun is an experienced recruiter with a robust background in managing recruitment processes for IT international projects at Sana Commerce, valantic Ukraine, and Easygenerator Ukraine since November 2021. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs. Additionally, Katya participates in developing internal recruitment tools and enhancing HR processes, while also supporting employer branding initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Kromberg & Schubert from February 2016 to October 2021, where tasks involved applicant selection, interview organization, and collaboration with educational institutions. Katya holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University.
