Gerald Parloiu

Gerald Parloiu is currently the Lead AI at Sana, a Series B company with over $80 million in funding and notable customers including Merck and Klarna. In addition, Gerald serves as a mentor at Carbon13 and previously founded a stealth AI startup that developed a prototype and secured pilot clients. Between 2018 and 2023, Gerald was a Partner at Global Founders Capital and held board member positions at Uncapped and Zepto, contributing to significant investments in various B2B startups. Gerald's earlier experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, where leadership in strategy and transformation initiatives was demonstrated, as well as roles in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Banca Transilvania. Gerald holds a degree in Finance and International Studies from The Wharton School, complemented by participation in the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business.
