Kenneth E. Paik is a Research Scientist and Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the Institute for Medical Engineering & Science (IMES) since January 2012. Paik also co-founded MIT Critical Data and serves as Co-Director of MIT Sana, which focuses on mobile health solutions for rural and resource-limited settings, aimed at improving global health informatics. Prior experience includes a Research Fellow position at Massachusetts General Hospital from July 2010 to June 2012 and a Senior Technology Associate role at Custom Learning Designs from January 2001 to July 2003. Kenneth E. Paik holds a Master of Medical Sciences in Biomedical Informatics from Harvard Medical School, an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, an MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine, and has studied at the University of Oxford and Amherst College.
