Carol L. Rohr, PMP has had extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Carol L. started their career in 1989 as a Secretary/Receptionist, where they were responsible for formatting and editing proposals, typing letters and documents, and managing filing systems. In 1989, they also took on the role of Financial Manager and Desktop Publisher, providing financial accounting support for contracts and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with timesheet reporting and producing monthly invoices and status reports.

From 2004 to 2007, Carol worked as a Sr. Program Manager/Program Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Vice President and providing day-to-day contract and financial support. Carol L. developed forecasting and projection models and participated in proposal management. In the same period, they also served as a Program Control Specialist, supporting financial and reporting initiatives for the Drug Enforcement Administration and managing associates and subcontractors through contract security processes.

In 2007, Carol was promoted to Program Director at Kforce Government Solutions, where they oversaw multiple prime contracts and subcontracts for various government agencies, including the Department of Education, Corporation for National & Community Service, National Archives and Records Administration, and the American Red Cross. Carol L. reported directly to the Vice President and played a crucial role in contract and financial support.

In 2013, Carol became an Independent Consultant, working as a Senior Consultant. Later that year, they joined Sanametrix, Inc. as the Director of Contracts and Proposal Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the full life cycle of proposal management, identifying business opportunities, and managing the entire proposal process for all volumes of the proposal.

Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated their expertise in contract management, financial support, proposal operations, and program management.

Carol L. Rohr, PMP has a strong education background. Carol L. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration from Eastern Michigan University's College of Technology, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Macomb Community College from 1983 to 1985, focusing on Business studies.

In addition to their educational achievements, Carol has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Carol L. became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in November 2012 through the Project Management Institute. Carol L. also holds the title of Certified CMMI Associate, which they obtained in October 2021 from the CMMI Institute. These certifications highlight Carol's dedication to professional development in project management and process improvement.
