Thomas Mertz, PMP, has extensive work experience in project management and technical management. Thomas started their career at Spencer's as an Assistant Store Manager in 2004 and then moved on to GameStop, where they served as a Store Manager from 2005 to 2009. At GameStop, they managed a staff of 10 employees and demonstrated excellent performance in sales, trade comps, and overall company rankings.

In 2009, Thomas joined IBEW 26 Federal Credit Union as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw daily credit union operations, managed a team of 7 employees, and ensured compliance with NCUA regulations and other industry standards.
