Stephanie Paley, MS, NCC, currently serves as a Tween IOP Therapist and Outpatient Therapist at SANARE TODAY, LLC since July 2022. With a strong background in counseling, Stephanie has also worked as a Clinical Counseling Intern at Survivors of Abuse in Recovery, Inc., where individual and group counseling sessions were conducted for survivors of sexual abuse. Additional experience includes a Counseling Practicum at Creative and Performing Arts High School, liaison work for students and staff, and teaching English in Korea for grades 3 to 6. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling with a specialization in Play Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tampa, complemented by studies in Neuroscience at Indiana University Bloomington and an early education foundation at Montgomery County Community College.

Sanare Today provides help, treatment and support through intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for those hurting from depression, anxiety or addictions. Staff are trained and experienced in using the most effective strategies and therapies available such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Skills Training. Individuals will be welcomed during their first appointment and staff will complete a whole person evaluation.
