Nhung Nguyen has worked in various roles since 2008. Nhung began as a Research Assistant at the University of Queensland, then worked as a College Tutor and Teaching Assistant at St John's College - University of Queensland from 2011 to 2013. Nhung was a Research Assistant at the School of Social Sciences and Psychology from 2013 to 2014, and a Teaching Assistant at the School of Humanities and Communication Arts from 2014 to 2022. Nhung is currently a Speech Synthesis Linguist at Sanas.
Nhung Nguyen obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in (Social) Psycholinguistics from The MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development between 2013 and 2018. Nhung also obtained a Master of Arts (Advanced) in Linguistics from The University of Queensland between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: Computing for Data Analysis from Coursera in January 2013, and Learn to Program: The Fundamentals from Coursera in November 2012.
