Rachana Thakkar

Rachana Thakkar started their work experience in 2011 as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they interned at the Internet and Mobile Association of India. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Capillary Technologies, initially as a Management Trainee, then as a Strategy Implementation Consultant, and finally as a Key Account Manager. In 2019, they joined CleverTap as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Account Manager at Sanas since July 2022.

Rachana Thakkar pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Mumbai Jobs, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Later, they enrolled at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing. This degree was completed from 2015 to 2017.
