Tiffany O'Malley

Tiffany O'Malley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, design, and leadership within the tech and fashion industries. Currently serving as TSD Channel Sales at Sanas since August 2024, Tiffany previously held the position of Director of Channel Alliances & Partnerships at Uniphore, leading initiatives in Conversational Service Automation from April 2022 to August 2024. Prior to that, Tiffany was VP of Customer Experience at SmartAction, specializing in AI-driven solutions for customer service from March 2021 to April 2022. As the Founder and Designer of Course & Club from July 2015 to January 2025, Tiffany developed a brand focused on classic women's golf apparel for top-tier retailers. Tiffany also contributed as a Board Member for Eagle Mount Bozeman between September 2014 and September 2020. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
