Sarika Panwar currently serves as a Design Thinking Visiting Faculty at Pearl Academy Mumbai and a faculty member for the Masters in Expressive Movement Therapy at Sancheti Healthcare Academy in Pune. As the founder of "Connecting A Thread," Sarika emphasizes the importance of sharing and personal journeys. Sarika's expertise includes roles as a Psychodrama Leadership Practitioner, Psychodrama Coach Practitioner, Pranic Healing Practitioner, and Experiential Designer, alongside training as a Psychodrama trainee at Vedadrama. Previous experience includes an Analyst position at Sweat Equity Partners India, Design Coach at CODT, and Creative Designer at Anandi Life. Sarika also has a background in graphic design and education as a Gita Educator. Academic credentials comprise a Master's degree in Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
