Adenike Adebiyi

Adenike Adebiyi has over 20 years of experience as a Patent Agent. Adenike began their career in 1997 at Fish & Richardson P.C., where they were mentored by Mr. Trop. In 1998, they joined Rosenthal & Osha LLP as part of the cohort that started the firm, and had the opportunity to draft patent applications in mechanical and software technologies. In 2001, they founded Dewipat IP, where they gained the confidence of an expert and worked directly with inventors and in-house counsels. In 2018, they joined North Inc., formerly Thalmic Labs, and was involved in collecting ideas, preparing patent applications, and prosecuting applications. In 2019, they joined Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton LLP, where they were able to immediately start contributing due to their prior experience. In 2020, they joined Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, where they were able to work in a high level professional environment with respect for all roles. Currently, Adenike Adebiyi is a Patent Portfolio Manager at Sanctuary.

Adenike Adebiyi obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1996. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Mississippi State University in 1993. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneur Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, as well as a Machine Learning, Modeling, and Simulation: Engineering Problem-Solving in the Age of AI certification from MIT xPRO. In 2019, they obtained a 6.00.1x Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python certification from MITx on edX. Adenike Adebiyi is currently enrolled in an Executive Program in Mastering Design Thinking at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
