Iman Bonakdar

Iman Bonakdar has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they worked as a Scientific Editor at Kanoon Farhangi Amoozesh Institute. In 2013, they were a Control Engineer Intern at Centre of Excellence in Design, Robotics, and Automation (CEDRA). From 2015 to 2020, they were a Graduate Research Assistant, Learning Assistant, and Teaching Assistant at University of Calgary. In 2019, they worked as a Computer Vision Developer and Computer Vision Intern at Dot Technology Corp. | Acquired by Raven Industries. Currently, they are a Telerobotics Engineer & Pilot at Sanctuary AI.

Iman Bonakdar obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology between 2010 and 2014. Iman then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, which they completed in 2020.
