Mani Ranjbar

Mani Ranjbar has been working in the tech industry since 2004. Mani started as a Hardware - Firmware Designer at Tazarv Afzar Co. In 2011, they joined D-Wave Systems Inc. as a Lead Machine Learning Researcher and later as a Senior Machine Learning Researcher. In 2019, they became a Machine Learning Team Lead at Sportlogiq. Currently, they are a Senior Machine Learning Team Lead at Sanctuary AI.

Mani Ranjbar obtained their PhD in Computer Vision from Simon Fraser University between 2007 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Computer Architecture from Sharif University of Technology between 2005 and 2007. Mani also obtained a BSc in Computer Engineering from the same university between 2000 and 2005.
