Caroline Kulkarni

Caroline is currently the Head of Human Resources at Sanctum Wealth and is a part of the Founding Team. She is the strategic advisor to business on people matters and is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the HR operations and staff engagement agenda.

Caroline is a seasoned HR professional with 20 years of experience behind her. She joined Sanctum from RBS where she spent over 9 years being the strategic HR business partner for varied business lines including private banking, retail banking, retail broking, transaction banking, retail assets, support functions & operations. She specifically supported the transformation of ABN AMRO private banking to RBS Private Banking (Coutts) that involved designing and delivering the resourcing strategy, compensation re-alignment exercise and employee engagement initiatives to name a few. Prior to RBS, she was associated with American Express and Tata Finance, where again, in addition to being an HR delivery manager, she played a leading role in significant business set-up and change programmes.

Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and Masters in Labour Studies from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies.

Caroline is an advocate of “intent”. She says any problem can be solved and anything achieved if the intent is strong and well-placed.
