Judith Nelson

Judith Nelson has a diverse range of work experience in coaching and education consulting. Judith founded Ammonite Coaching Ltd in 2016 and is currently working as a coach at Sanctus. Judith has also held positions as a Leadership Coach at Frontline - Changing Lives, an Associate Coach at Genius Within CIC, and a Wellbeing in Schools Adviser at Optimus Education. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Women Leading in Education Coach at the Department for Education, supporting women in leadership roles. Additionally, they have worked as a Future Skills Project Coach at Oxfam and a Facilitator at Ambition Institute. Prior to their coaching roles, they worked as an Education Consultant at Judith Nelson Education Consultancy.

Judith Nelson has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Geography from the University of Exeter, which they obtained from 1978 to 1981. Judith also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Lancaster University, which they completed in 1983. Additionally, Judith has a qualification called the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) from the National College of School Leadership, which they acquired in 2007.
