Sophie Miller

Sophie Miller has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Sophie began their career as a Program Assistant at the Quaker Council for European Affairs in 2007 and later moved on to the National Endowment for Democracy, where they served as both a Program Assistant and an Assistant Program Officer from 2008 to 2012. In 2014, Sophie joined Escape the City as an Escape Tribe Leader, where they designed and facilitated a career change program for over 200 participants. In 2015, they established their own coaching business, Sophie Miller Coaching, specializing in life and leadership coaching. Sophie then joined Sanctus in 2017 as a Sanctus Coach, and later became the Head of Coaching from 2018 to 2020.
