Kathy Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database support, operations analysis, and property preservation. Currently serving as Senior MIS Database Support Analyst at Sand Castle Field Services since April 2016, Kathy oversees daily operations of data flow and ensures quality assurance in order processing. Previous roles include Property Preservation Coordinator, Loan Document Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Research/Remediation Analyst, where Kathy effectively handled escalated inquiries and managed compliance reviews. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Kathy has developed training programs, established operational guidelines, and collaborated with various stakeholders to resolve complex property issues. Kathy holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Recreation Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
