Notable achievements include management of an enterprise-wide Audio Cloud Conferencing platform serving 40K users, and leading various video and network engineering projects utilizing Agile methodologies. Kathleen's earlier roles involved deployment management for IMS VoIP architecture and application development management, showcasing a strong background in technical deployment and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a CCNT degree from Telecommunications Industry of America and studies at Villanova University.
