Jai-Lee Fontenot possesses extensive experience in operational leadership, consulting, and investment analysis. As COO at Ladd Partners from 2018 to 2022, Jai-Lee led comprehensive operational functions and developed strategies that enhanced client retention and profitability. Previously, positions as Director of Consulting Services and Consulting Manager involved mentoring teams and driving sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.
