Julie Greenwell

Julie Greenwell serves as the President of the Galveston Association of Realtors since December 2022 and is a Realtor at Sand 'N Sea Properties, LLC since October 2017, specializing in residential real estate sales. In addition to these roles, Julie is actively involved as a Committee Member for the American Shore & Beach Preservation Association and as a Board Member for the West Galveston Island POA, along with their position as President of the Sea Isle POA Board. Previous experience includes a substantial tenure at the American Bureau of Shipping from 1991 to 2016, where Julie held various roles, including Vendor Coordinator for Offshore Equipment Certification and MCRC Coordinator. Academic qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Lonestar College and further studies at several institutions, including the University of Texas Online.
