Cristian Marinescu

Cristian Marinescu is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and infrastructure work across multiple companies. Currently at Sand Technologies since February 2023, Cristian previously held a similar position at DeepStream Technologies and contributed to various projects involving real-time auctions and contract management using advanced design patterns. At Ateliere Creative Technologies, Cristian developed distributed systems for media asset processing and playback, and refactored codebases to enhance performance and readability. Prior experience at Traderion included the creation of trading simulators and e-learning solutions for institutional training, alongside algorithm development at a project-based role. Cristian's technical expertise spans multiple programming languages and technologies, including AWS services and modern frameworks, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
