Clark began their journey at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in 2011, where they worked as a Pacific Dunes Golf Shop Assistant for seven months. This experience sparked their passion for the sport and the beautiful coastal Oregon landscape.

In 2012, Clark moved to Duck Woods Country Club for an Assistant Professional Internship, where they learned the importance of building strong relationships with club members. This smaller club setting provided valuable insights into member management and personalized service.

The following year, Clark joined Lonnie Poole Golf Course as an Assistant Golf Professional. Clark gained a well-rounded experience in various aspects of the golf operation, including tournament operations, merchandising, and coordinating staff. Notably, they also organized the 2014 PGA Jr. League, further showcasing their dedication to growing the game.

In 2015, Clark returned to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, this time as a Pacific Dunes Assistant Golf Professional. Clark was proud to be part of a highly regarded operation and cherished the opportunity to further diversify himself as a PGA Golf Professional.

Finally, in 2016, Clark's dream came true as they became the Head Golf Professional at Sand Valley. Clark described their time there as a perfect fit, allowing him to grow and learn while sharing their passion for the game in a laid-back and approachable manner.

Clark Willard attended North Carolina State University from 2009 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in PGA Golf Management. Clark also had a minor in Environmental Science during their time at the university.
