Anthony Lacsina

Anthony Lacsina has extensive experience in information technology, serving in various roles such as Information System Manager at SANDAG, Manager of IT Services, Applications & Cloud, Senior Information Systems Analyst, and Information Systems Analyst II. Prior to SANDAG, Anthony worked at the City of San Diego and County of San Diego. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Southwestern Community College District.
